The Toledo Police Department's
Community Services

Community
Services Officers are assigned to each district police station. The officers work directly within the neighborhoods to identify
and address concerns that are perceived by citizens as negatively affecting
the well-being of their community. These officers attend Block Watch meetings,
participate in safety seminars, fulfill speaking engagements and help to
coordinate various events.
Community Services Officers have access to a Mobile Command
Center which can be taken "on location" in the community
or used as office space during critical incidents.
