A district station is a 24 hour facility in which all basic department services are provided to a specific geographical area of the city.
The three districts within Toledo are Northwest, Central, and South.The Northwest Station, 2330 Sylvania, is responsible for the north and west areas of Toledo. The Central Station is responsible for the central city and east side areas and is located in the Safety Building at 525 N. Erie. The South Station, 2301 Nebraska, is located in south Toledo and is responsible for the southern area of the city.
Each district station is commanded by a District Captain and is organized in the same manner. Officers assigned to the stations include patrol, traffic officers and community service officers.
