THE TOLEDO POLICE DEPARTMENT, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CRIME STOPPER PROGRAM, WOULD LIKE YOUR HELP IN SOLVING THE FOLLOWING CRIME:

For Release on: July 16, 2005    Felonious Assault

On July 3rd a victim was standing in the 5500 block of Lewis Avenue he was confronted by a white male.  The man was described as a white male, 20 to 25 years old with light brown hair.  Another white male was driving the truck that then intentionally struck the victim.  The victim was thrown into the air and injured seriously.  The vehicle is described as a gray pick-up truck with a black stripe near the bottom and a vertical stripe behind the rear wheel well.  There were large black letters on the tailgate.  The vehicle is possibly a late model Dodge Rumble Bee.
