Help needed to solve assault on Huron Street:

Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program about an incident Feb. 14 during which a man who recently had brain surgery was beaten and robbed, authorities said.  Robert Blaylock, 58, was walking from a store about 10:50 a.m. when he was approached by six or seven juveniles in the 800 block of Huron Street near Locust Street, police said.  The suspects punched Mr. Blaylock, took his wallet, knocked him to the ground, and fled.  One or two of the attackers might live in the vicinity, officers said.  Mr. Blaylock was treated at St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center for injuries to the same area of his head where he recently had brain surgery, police said in a report.

Anyone with information on the suspect or this crime is asked to call the Toledo Police ISB desk at 419-245-3142 or the CrimeStoppers Program at 419-255-1111.  You can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward!
