Police seek tips on shooting of Toledoan on Nebraska Ave: Toledo police are seeking information through the Crime Stopper program about a robbery Wednesday during which a man was shot on his way to pick up a pizza, authorities said.  Ronald Bassett, 45, of South Toledo was listed in serious condition last night in St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center. A bullet went through one of his arms and into his chest, police said.  Mr. Bassett was waiting in his car in the 1000 block of Nebraska Avenue near Hawley Street for his girlfriend about 8 p.m. Wednesday when a man in a hooded gray jogging suit and a ski mask got into the car and demanded money, police said.
