CRIME STOPPER PROGRAM

 

 

THE TOLEDO POLICE DEPARTMENT, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CRIME STOPPER PROGRAM, WOULD LIKE YOUR HELP IN SOLVING THE FOLLOWING CRIME:

 

For Release on: October 30, 2004                  Aggravated Robbery and Abduction

 

On Thursday October 28, 2004, at noon, an unknown black male suspect entered the Clean Bright Laundromat located at 3817 Upton.  The suspect pointed a gun at the employees and forced them into the backroom.  A customer was also ordered into the backroom.  The employees and the customer were tied and threatened.  The suspect eventually was given the daily receipts and he fled on foot.

 

The suspect is described as a black male with a dark complexion and a short afro.  He is 5’9” and weighs 140 pounds and his mid-thirties.  He was wearing a tan down filled jacket and black pants with brown slip-on shoes.  The weapon was described as a silver handgun.
