THE TOLEDO POLICE DEPARTMENT, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE CRIME STOPPER PROGRAM, WOULD LIKE YOUR HELP IN SOLVING THE FOLLOWING CRIME:

 

For Release on: Sept 11, 2004              Aggravated Robbery

 

 

 

On Saturday, September 4, 2004 the U-Haul at 2808 Monroe was robbed.  An employee had left the office to move a truck.  When he returned to the office an unknown suspect was crouched behind the counter.  The suspect stood and pointed a gun at the employee and demanded money.  The clerk was then tied up and left in a rear room.  The suspect fled with some money. 

 

The suspect is described as a black male, approximately 19-22 years old.  He was described as 5’11” tall and 150 pounds.  He was wearing a black “hoodie” with jeans and was carrying a dark revolver. 

 

 

IF YOU HAVE INFORMATION WHICH WOULD LEAD TO THE ARREST AND INDICTMENT OF THE INVOLVED, YOU WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A CASH REWARD FROM THE CRIME STOPPER PROGRAM.  MOST IMPORTANTLY, YOU WILL REMAIN ANONYMOUS.
