Captain Wes Bombrys is the Commander of the Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB). SEB is part of the Investigative Services Division of the Toledo Police Department. SEB officers investigate crimes citywide in plainclothes, uniform and undercover operations. Each Section assists the others with manpower and resources - such as during drug raids or when conducting surveillance.
