The Toledo Police Department's
Special Services Section
Under the direction of Lieutenant David Schmidt, the Special Services Section is within the Support Services Division and comprises the Forensic Laboratory and the Property Management Units.
The
Special Services Section is also responsible for various projects in the Safety
Building (Police Headquarters) and acts as a liaison with the City of Toledo's
Facility Operations.
