Captain Wes Bombrys is the Commander of the Vice/Narcotics Bureau. A part of the Investigative
Services Division of the Toledo Police Department, officers assigned to this
bureau investigate crimes citywide in plainclothes, uniform and undercover
operations. Each Section assists the others with manpower and resources as
required, for example during drug raids and when conducting surveillance.
